Dear Supplier,

Your panel is enabled to download digital PODs for OTP verified Orders delivered by Delhivery and ShadowFax Courier Partners.

This feature will be live for other courier partners shortly.

Steps to download the POD for OTP Delivered Orders:

1. Login to the supplier panel
2. Click on the Return/RTO Tab and select the delivered tab.
3. If it is OTP delivered, then the Delivered Date will have a Double Click Mark and also a Download POD option.

Note:

POD expiry for Delhivery partner is 7 days, and for Shadowfax, it is 6 months after Return/RTO delivery date; kindly download it for all future references.

This feature has been available in the Supplier Panel for orders delivered after November 24th, 2022.
