Our '#asif' fashion film and editorial launched this week! '#asif' is a collaboration between our own Nick Knight and stylist Simon Foxton that explores the impact of our exposure to the visual language of the internet. The film features 3D visuals by our own digital art director Jon Emmony and draws together the unique aesthetics of the web. 'The internet is such a huge presence in life it's bound to issue a new form of art. This is the first step in SHOWstudio's vision of that form,' says Knight.

Marina Abramović and adidas
SHOWstudio has the worldwide exclusive of a new film made by Marina Abramović and adidas to celebrate the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. Launching 7 July 2014, the piece documents a re-enactment of one of Abramović's seminal works, which was last performed in 1979 and addresses the parallels existing between the worlds of performance and sport.

In tandem with our 'Subjective' series, which presents the history of contemporary fashion photography as told from models' perspectives, Nick Knight launches 'Transformative', a series of interviews with stylists, make-up artists and hairdressers. This week cosmetics queen Val Garland discusses working with Knight on a Dior campaign from 2001.
