Our latest 'Fashion Fetish' piece, 'Metamorphosis', comes from artist Erica Schreiner, who - in a lesson in multitasking - directs, edits and performs in her film. The complex work unites two parallel stories about the life of an artist, depicting both her own growth and death and that of her artwork. Additionally, the piece - in particular Schreiner's own performance - challenges the effects the fashion industry and society can have on models. From beautiful portrayals of ethereal colours and exquisite fashions, to haunting visions of a trapped butterfly being eaten alive by ants, the multifaceted work is a pointed exploration of the trials and tribulations that can face those in the creative industries.

Following in the footsteps of Anna Trevelyan, Rei Nadal and Simon Foxton, Belgium-born artist Peter De Potter will be guest curating the SHOWstudio Tumblr for a whole week, starting on Friday 1 June. In a twist, De Potter will reveal seven different Tumblr approaches, offering up a new style of curation every day. You'll be treated to everything from his signature collages to examples from his source material.

As a thank-you to Lady Gaga's little monsters for their continued support of SHOWstudio Nick Knight is unveiling exclusive unseen footage from the 'Born This Way' video. Today, Thursday 31 May, stills are being released on Knight's Instagram - @showstudio_nick_knight - shortly followed by moving footage, to be launched on the SHOWstudio Tumblr.

Phoebe English and Leah Debrincat
In a dynamic LiveStudio, acclaimed young designer Phoebe English teams with belly dancer and sword performer Leah Debrincat for a two day broadcast. Tune in on Wednesday 6 June and Thursday 7 June to watch English work her magic live on camera as she creates a one-off outfit - meticulously designed to move alongside the body - then see Debrincat take to the stage in the resultant garment to show off her unique dancing talents.

Coinciding with the end of SHOWstudio Shop's 'Selling Sex' exhibition comes a process film of our Atsuko Kudo LiveStudio. A lesson in dressing for pleasure, the film sees the latex doyenne - who has dressed women such as Lady Gaga and Grace Jones - envelope a nude model in layers of second-skin fabric in a careful exploration of the dialogue between clothing and empowerment.
