| The second designer to take part in our SHOWstudio.com and SHOWstudio Shop project Les Smokings is British fashion star Giles Deacon. The latest talent to take up residency in our Bruton Place LiveStudio - and subsequently on the global stage of SHOWstudio.com - Deacon and team will be in the studio for one day only, crafting their own idiosyncratic interpretation of the classic tuxedo jacket. Part of the SHOWstudio Shop exhibition Practice to Deceive: Smoke and Mirrors in Fashion, Fine Art and Film, every moment of Deacon's one-day residency will be broadcast live, dispelling the 'smoke and mirrors' of the fashion industry by allowing a window onto the fashion process from conception to completion. Giles Deacon and team will also be answering questions submitted by the public throughout this live session, and Deacon's final Le Smoking will be added to the exhibition and be available to purchase after his residency is complete.
